The drawing passes, the first article does not
A shop quotes from a 2D PDF, misses a thin wall or a deep pocket, and the first article comes back out of tolerance. Tooling and inspection reports get redone. The schedule moves by a week.
Upload a CAD file and we machine it. 127 CNC machines in Dongguan run prototypes and production runs from one piece to 10,000+, with free DFM feedback inside 12 hours.

Three suppliers, five days, two answers. RFQs move between sales and planning because nobody checked the stock size against machine travel. Your build plan sits idle while you wait for a number.
The sample was bead blasted by hand, the batch was tumbled. Color and gloss drift, anodize lots do not match, and the assembly faces a rework loop that nobody budgeted for.
A single bracket misses its date and the subassembly waits. Expedited freight, rescheduled line time, and a customer asking for a recovery plan. The cost lands far above the part price.
One engineer owns your file from DFM review to final inspection report.

Complex geometry is where setup count decides cost and accuracy. Turning a part four times adds four chances to lose datum control. Our 16 simultaneous 5-axis machining centers cut angled faces, deep pockets and contoured surfaces in one or two setups, so the dimensions that matter stay tied to the same reference.
Work envelope covers most of what engineers send us: 4,000 × 400 × 150 mm on the large traveling machines, 750 × 1,150 × 550 mm on the medium frames, and a Ø400 mm rotary table for round and prismatic parts that need radial features.

Shafts, bushings, fittings and threaded parts come off 16 mill-turn centers that combine turning and milling in one program. That removes the handoff between a lathe shop and a mill shop, which is where concentricity and thread alignment usually drift. Materials run from 6061-T6 and 7075 aluminium to 303, 316L and 17-4PH stainless, plus titanium and engineering plastics such as POM and PEEK.
Finishing stays in-house as well. Anodizing, plating, powder coating, bead blasting, brushing and laser marking are scheduled with the machining order, so the cosmetic and functional surfaces are completed before the parts ship rather than after a second shipment.
Use the geometry and quantity to pick the route before quoting.
| Part condition | Recommended route | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Prismatic part, tight true position | 5-axis milling | Angled faces cut in one setup |
| Shaft with cross holes | Mill-turn center | Turning and milling share one datum |
| Flat plate, large outline | 3-axis + 4-axis mill | 4,000 mm travel, low setup cost |
| Thin-wall housing | Vacuum casting or 5-axis | Support during cutting, less deflection |
| Prototype in 2 days | 3-axis + finishing | Shortest programming and setup path |
Simultaneous five-axis cutting for contoured surfaces, angled holes and parts that would otherwise need four setups. Sixteen centers available.
Three-, four- and five-axis mills plus mill-turn centers. Prismatic parts, shafts, threads and bores held to ±0.005 mm.
One-off and low-volume parts for fit checks and design reviews. No minimum order quantity, production can start within 24 hours.
Brackets, enclosures and panels from aluminium, stainless and steel, paired with machining when a part mixes both processes.
Anodizing, electroless nickel, zinc, silver and gold plating, powder coating, black oxide, blasting, brushing, polishing and laser marking.
ADC12 aluminium and magnesium castings for housings and frames, with CNC finishing on sealing faces and mounting holes.

Fifteen years of production work out of Dongguan, with a second plant in Singapore for regional delivery.
A mechanical engineer reviews your CAD file and returns pricing with manufacturability notes, not just a number.
We ask which dimensions are critical before quoting, then inspect those features on the CMM and report the values.
Quality, automotive, medical and information security systems are certified and audited, which matters when your customer asks for evidence.
The same process sheet covers one prototype and a 10,000-piece run, so a design change does not force a new supplier.
Uploads are handled as confidential, and we sign an NDA on request before your drawings reach the shop floor.

Thin ribs machined on 5-axis, anodized and laser marked with lot codes.

316L and 17-4PH bodies with electropolished bores and documented inspection.

Aluminium fixtures and bushings for line builds, held to drawing across repeat orders.

Mill-turn shafts and end-effector plates with matched bores and threaded interfaces.
STEP and IGES cover most machined parts because they carry solid geometry. Send native CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion, Inventor) when you want us to check a feature tree. Add a 2D drawing or PDF with tolerances, datums and finish callouts, since a 3D model alone does not define which dimensions are critical.
±0.005 mm (±0.0002 in) is achievable on features we agree on before quoting, typically bores, bores-to-bore relationships and mating faces. General surfaces usually run looser, and that keeps the price down. Tell us which dimensions affect function and we will inspect and report those values.
Quotation with free DFM analysis comes back within 12 hours. Production can start within 24 hours of your approval, and parts typically ship in 3–5 days, depending on quantity, material and finishing. Historical late-delivery probability is below 2%.
No. We run single prototypes and production runs of 10,000 pieces and more on the same process sheet. Prototype pricing is higher per part because programming and fixturing are spread over one piece, and that cost does not repeat on the production run.
It pays off when a part has angled holes, contoured faces or undercuts, or when repositioning would break datum control. A simple prismatic part with features on two faces is usually cheaper on a 3-axis machine. Send the model and we will say which route fits.
We agree the finish callout in Ra and the process before machining, then keep anodize and plating lots together for one order. Bead blasting, tumbling and brushing are specified by media and time. Laser marking holds a minimum character height of 1.5 mm so codes stay readable.
Incoming material is checked, dimensions are monitored during cutting, and every part is inspected before shipment. Reports are provided on request, including dimensional results on agreed critical features and material certificates for the lot used.
Uploads are handled as confidential and stay with the engineering and production staff assigned to your order. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before files reach the shop floor. Our information security management system is certified to ISO 27001:2022.
